It's worth a trip to Oceanside just to drop in on Outsider! The store is easily found on 2nd Avenue in the heart of Qualicum Beach’s village centre. The store is like an Aladdin’s cave of useful gadgets and unusual brands for world travelers, outdoors enthusiasts, athletes and anyone who spends time out of the house and enjoying nature. There are several trained Nordic Walking instructors available and the helpful, energetic staff are happy to take the time to give you the best possible advice. Whether you need packable rain gear, some professionaly fitted shoes or a pair of powerful, compact binoculars there’s a good chance you’ll find what you need at Outsider.
